The vibrating table constantly vibrates and the form is on it for some time after pouring, for the final shrinkage of the mixture and removal of air bubbles from the front surface of the future tile. After this procedure, the molds are removed and placed in a special room for drying. The tile gains its first strength during the day, then after 72 hours the tile is suitable for transportation and neat installation. Concrete products gain full strength in 25 – 28 days or more after manufacture.
